Excellent service, ordered hob Friday, delivered Monday

The freezer was delivered as quoted and was as described. Delivery team were friendly and positioned package in correct position in a confined space. I then unpacked the freezer and re-hung the door i.e. changed from LH to RH opening, mainly due tolocation.

I can only talk about the look and feel of the tap, which is lovely, as it won't be installed for a while yet. It is a soft antique brass colour, not too dark, like some with this finish. It was delivered promptly and the price was good...let's hope it works well!

Ordered a pair of Quooker taps from here - not cheap - advertised as in stock and for next day. I’ll bore if I go through the list of miscommunication and incompetence that followed - along with the hassle it caused me and worse their withholding a refund until they had collected their own mistaken delivery - suffice to say there are reasonable grounds to question what this company tells you and their business practice. I should have read their previous reviews in advance. In fact I should have stuck with Marks Electrical who I had got my fridge and freezer from rather than accepting what these guys said. Marks Electrical were excellent and delivered what they advertised, as advertised.

This company had their delivery company dump a delivery worth £1.5k on a doorstep with no signature required (a delivery which they insisted wasn’t coming) - then purported to hold me accountable. That’s like me telling them to pick it up and just leaving it on my doorstep. That’s not just bad service - that’s a risk they’ll take your money, lose your product and keep your money.

They kept us informed of the delivery status and product was delivered at the stated date and time.

Shopping was very easy. We found what we were looking for. However delivery was disaster.

Two dispatched products had to be cancelled due the unreliable service of shipping provider XL. Third product had to be dispatched with alternative shipper. Only thanks to great customer service at Appliance House we had our product deliver safely with no further delay.

Product was properly packed and delivered safe.
